North America Chinese Startup Contest has become the signature event for every year in Silicon Valley and North American entrepreneur communities. Great outcomes and achievements from the contest include 2 unicorn companies, and many startups with valuation of several hundred million dollars. UCAHP provides mentorship, resources, and services to the startups, and over 200 million dollars has been invested to the participating startups over the years. For example, Royole Tech (world’s thinnest flexible display) grew up on this platform, and got investment from big Chinese VC firms, with valuation about $1.1b. PayEgis (online transaction protection) just received $150m investment. Artificial intelligence company Orbeus, after winning the North American business competition, purchased by Amazon. Especially UCAHP helped a YC company, GetScale to go to Suzhou, China and received free office spaces in the beautiful university campus in Suzhou, and free money.
