2022 DHH Family Gathering Registration Form
We kindly request that you RSVP 7 days before the event you wish to attend. If it is less than 7 days, you CAN STILL RSVP, however requests for accommodations may not be able to be fulfilled. Late RSVPs may also contact Beth Hall at beth.hall@wesp-dhh.wi.gov.

Food, beverages, and activities will be provided. We are excited for you & your children to meet other Deaf and Hard of Hearing & Deafblind youth, their families, and Role Models in our community!

An ASL interpreter will be available at each Family Gathering. If you need to request any other reasonable accommodations (ex. foreign language interpreter) to make this event accessible to you or members of your party, please describe. Accommodations will require a minimum notice of 7 days before the event.
