We will be moving at a calm, slow speed but that doesn't mean that it won't be challenging!
Be prepared for a dynamic practice that will teach you how to create/adapt your practice without causing harm or (further) injury.

Who is this class for? Anyone! Whether you're disabled/live with a disability, are an ally or caretaker--this specific class program is for you!
What you'll need: (phone, smart TV, laptop on a chair, etc)
- A means to connect to zoom, with strong wifi or cell service.
- Some space to move around, at ANY LEVEL: Try practicing from a chair, a bed, or from your couch!
- Comfy clothes
- Yoga mat
- Optional Props: Pillows, Blocks, Straps, (Emotional Support) blanket
