What is CAT?
A CAT is a structure in which we organize union members to win the best contract possible! CAT organizes the actions we take needed to support the work the negotiations team is doing at the bargaining table.
Why CAT?
If the board doesn’t see and feel our power, they will try to take all they can and deny us our demands at the negotiation table. Afterall, a union is only as strong as our power in numbers!
