2017-18 Bay Area Discovery Museum Group Visits
A $50 deposit is required within 30 days of receiving confirmation for your visit, and is applied to the total cost of your program. Instructions on how to make payments will be included in the confirmation email.

Paying for your balance
Payment of the balance for your program is due no later than the day of the event. We do not accept cash payments or purchase orders. We understand that numbers of children and adult participants in programs change, so we update your balance due on the day of your program. Failure to pay the balance by the day of your visit will result in a $50 late fee.

BADM memberships, passes, coupons, groupons, or other discounted tickets will not be accepted for group visits. Group Visits are taken on behalf of the organization, and already receive discounted admission.

Scholarships are available for all of our group visits and can be applied for through this form. Organizations serving primarily low-income families are encouraged to apply.

Cancelling and Rescheduling
Cancellations must be made more than 30 days in advance of your visit to receive a full refund. Fees will be applied for events cancelled less than 30 days in advance or for visits rescheduled within 14 days of the program date. Cancellations made less than 14 days in advance will be charged the full amount.

BADM is a rain or shine location, so visits will proceed as scheduled unless the museum closes due to extreme weather or hazardous conditions. If the museum closes, a full refund will be issued. While we do our best to accommodate unanticipated circumstances, fees will be applied to groups who cancel scheduled programs due to weather.
