Leadership Circle Intake Form
Leadership Circle is an invitation-only leadership development program exclusively for women working on the future of food. Women like you who carry a bold vision, who lead with both intellect and intuition, and who are building companies at the center of a paradigm shift away from extraction and toward regeneration.

This intimate community is fertile ground to grow together and create the conditions for us to thrive at home and at work. Each day is an opportunity to take one step in the right direction because real change happens incrementally, not overnight.

We meet monthly and maintain connection through our exclusive WhatsApp Group. You also receive 2 x private coaching sessions with Analisa to deep dive on your leadership development.

This is for you if:

  • You hold as a leadership position in your organization i.e. Founder, CEO, Head Of Sales, Chief Commercial Officer, Head of Sustainability, etc

  • You work intersects with the food system i.e. biotech, aquaculture, agriculture, foodtech, investing, policy, or another angle

  • You seek a space where you’re encouraged and challenged to think bigger.

  • You crave a sisterhood of like-minded peers who will support and cheer you on as you go after and achieve your dreams.

  • You believe you can have it all and know it’s up to you to create your path.

  • You are invested in your leadership development and are open to continuous feedback, growth, and coaching.
