Complete this form to register and pay through the link below. If you are paying through PayPal cost is $107 (paypal fees built in). Check price is $100 on first day of camp. Cost includes camp shirt.

Must Bring
Proper soccer wear, cleats, shin guards, water, and any medical needs (knee brace, inhaler, etc.)
