NEW SUBMISSIONS WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARDS PRESENTED AT UPCOMING OFMA SPRING MEETINGS (FESTIVAL RELATED AWARDS WILL BE COORDINATED FOR PRESENTATION THROUGH THE SEASON.)

THE DEADLINE FOR THESE AWARD SUBMISSIONS IS MARCH 1 at 5 p.m.  The board will make selections at the March meeting each year.  Nominations received after March 1 will be considered for the following year.

This survey remains open throughout the entire season so that you may make submissions at any time during the year.  Nominations must come from GOSA Members in good standing.

Please be sure you have added a biography or narrative to each nomination before submitting this survey.  You can use the BACK button at any time to return to previous screens and review your submission.  

We cannot consider nominations that do not include a descriptive narrative that explains to the board WHY the nominee is deserving.  Thank you for your time!
