Introducing.... THE COOKIE CLUB!

This is a once-a-month subscription that will be filled with surprises each month! Each box will contain 1 dozen cookies.  

Pricing: $24 for pickup at Brewed Expressions CAFE


Please complete this form and then watch for a separate emailed invoice coming from Square.  Payment is due in full within 3 days of receipt or your order will be cancelled.  All invoices must be paid via Square, we will not be accepting Venmo payments for subscription orders.  
If multiple months are selected, you can choose to pay for the entirety of the subscription, or to be invoiced once a month.  If you choose invoices, you will be emailed an invoice during the last week of the month leading up to your pickup day.  
*Please note that any orders that are not picked up will NOT be refunded.  All pickup date/time information will be sent to you each month and it is your responsibility to collect your order.
