SAFMC Public Comment Form

The South Atlantic Council strives to create an open and transparent process and welcomes public comment and participation. Multiple opportunities are available for public comment on specific fishery management plans (FMPs) and amendments along with any other business that comes before the Council. This online comment form serves as an official mechanism for gathering public comment on federal fishery management issues in the South Atlantic.

All comments submitted to the Council become part of the official administrative record of the Council’s activities and are publicly accessible. Name, Email, and Location are all optional but will be displayed publicly if entered in the form. Please note that a Google account is not required to submit a comment.
