AeroDynamic Practical Test Request
Please submit your practical test (checkride) request using this form. All requests go into a queue and checkrides will be scheduled in order based on the date the request was submitted. The checkride date and DPE may change depending on their availability. 

We will send you a confirmation at least 2 weeks in advance. You must respond within 1 day and include all required documents needed by the examiner to confirm your checkride.

Before submitting a request for a Private Pilot initial practical test, you must have the following complete:
  • Stage Check 3 scheduled
  • All aeronautical experience requirements must be met for the certificate or rating you are applying for
  • All required ground and flight training logged in accordance with applicable FARs
  • Aeronautical Knowledge Test with score above 70% and reviewed with RI (Recommending Instructor)
  • Practical test endorsements signed by RI
  • IACRA application completed
Before submitting a request for all other practical tests, you must have the following complete:
  • Final Stage Check scheduled
  • Aeronautical Knowledge Test with score above 70%
  • IACRA application started
