Interested in supporting Seven Valleys Health Coalition? You can sponsor our Pancake Eating Contestant, Sam Carlton, at the 52nd annual CNY Maple Festival!

How it works:
  1. Complete this form with your pledged amount per pancake. For example, if you pledge $5 per pancake and Sam eats 10 pancakes, your donation total would be $50.
  2. Join us at the Maple Festival Pancake Eating Contest on Saturday, April 13th at 9am if you can! The event will take place at the Marathon High School Auditorium.
  3. Donate your pledged amount based on how many pancakes our contestant, Sam, eats! 
  4. Donations can be sent to Seven Valleys Health Coalition, 10 Kennedy Parkway, Cortland, NY 13045 OR made online through our website: Seven Valleys Health Coalition | Donate
