The Parole & Probation Accountability Project Survey
Thank you for agreeing to take this survey. This survey is for people currently or previously on pretrial, state parole or probation or federal supervised release. The survey should take you roughly 30 minutes to complete. Your responses will help us to 1.) understand your experiences with the parole & probation system; and 2.) advocate for system reforms. We ask you to fill out the whole survey as completely and honestly as possible.

THIS SURVEY IS CONFIDENTIAL; no one’s name will be used, nor will any personal information be shared. Your personal information will not be linked with your answers to this survey.
