The Grounds Cafe and Fork Restaurant present a 'Farewell Winter' Foragers' Dinner

Celebrate the Equinox At The Grounds Cafe with a Five Course Dinner featuring wild ingredients harvested locally from the sea and the land, including winter cranberries, rose hips, spruce tips,seaweed,uni, chanterelle mushrooms, maple syrup, and edible flowers.

This Creative Collaboration between The Grounds Cafe, Fork Restaurant, and Shawn Dawson of Barking Kettle will shine a
light on what the wild has to offer as we leave the dark days of winter in search of the vernal shoots of spring.

Feature cocktails will be available for purchase along with a range of other alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
