Max Rady Art Show - Live Performances Submission for Art Gala - May 9, 2024
Thank you for your interest in performing for this year's Max Rady Art Show! This year's Art Gala will be taking place on the evening of Thursday, May 9th in Chown A207 (5:30- 8:00 PM). We would like to feature live performances during the event similar to what has been done during past Art Galas.

INSTRUCTIONS TO FILL OUT FORM:
If you are part of a group performance then only one person needs to fill out the form on behalf of the group. Make sure all members are listed in the corresponding question on the form.
