Only students who will be attending a Maryland college, university, or career school are eligible for this scholarship. To be considered for a scholarship, please complete the following steps:

1. Create an account with the Maryland Higher Education Commission here, and be sure to save your student ID number:
2. Fill out and submit this form.
3. Email the following documents to FAFSA Student Aid Report; unofficial high school and/or college transcripts.
