Online Meeting Request Form
Fill out this form to request TAPC creating a virtual online meeting using the Zoom Video/Web Conferencing system. As long as it does not overlap with an already-scheduled meeting, your meeting will be calendared and you will receive an email to send out to those participating in it to let them know how to join the meeting.

NOTE: To participate in an online meeting using Zoom, you and your participants will be automatically prompted to download the Zoom conferencing application to your computer, phone, or tablet when you click the link you will receive via email to join the meeting for the first time (unless you already have Zoom on your device). You do NOT have to have or sign up for a Zoom account to participate in a Zoom meeting, though downloading and having the Zoom software on your device is necessary.
