The Civil Engineering Testing Association of New Zealand (CETANZ) recently held their 8th bi-annual conference bringing together materials testing specialists from across the industry to attend technical sessions, discuss industry issues and network.
This conference was the catalyst for discussion around the need for Australia to have a similar organisation to be a collective voice/body to help achieve some of the things we all need to do such as proficiency tests.
Using the CETANZ model we believe we can create a sustainable association to represent the civil engineering insitu and laboratory testing industry in Australia. We are in the planning stages for forming an organisation and we’d love your help in shaping it. The questionnaire is anonymous unless you choose to put your name forward at the end.
