This contest isĀ FREE to joinĀ with tons of prizes and giveaways!
We are awardingĀ 1stā3rd PlaceĀ for: IndividualsĀ 12 & Below, IndividualsĀ 13 & Above, andĀ Duos/Groups (2+ individuals), plusĀ superlative awardsĀ for individual entries.
All participants are encouraged to be creative with their costumes!
Costumes that have previously won 1stā3rd Place are not eligible to win again.Ā
Limited spots available.
šĀ SCHEDULE & ATTENDANCE
ā¢ Category 1: Duos/Groups (2+ individuals) āĀ 1:00PM
ā¢ Category 2: Individuals 12 & Below āĀ 1:40PM
ā¢ Category 3: Individuals 13 & Above āĀ 3:00PM
Please arrive at theĀ Micronesia Mall Center CourtĀ onĀ Sunday, October 26, 2025,Ā at least 30 minutes beforeĀ your categoryās start time (see above).
Pre-registered contestants who do not arrive by the start of their segment/category may not be permitted to participate.
Contest times and schedule are subject to change at the discretion of management and may be adjusted due to program delays or unforeseen circumstances.
šĀ COSTUME GUIDELINES
This is aĀ family-friendly competition.
Please ensure all entries are appropriate for this public event.
No weapons are allowed.Ā Real or replica weapons, sharp objects, firearms, explosives, or any items that could be considered dangerous or threatening areĀ strictly prohibitedĀ within the Mall premises and during the contest.Ā
Costumes deemed inappropriate or not in accordance withĀ Micronesia Mall policyĀ may result inĀ disqualification.
šĀ LIABILITY & RULES
By participating, contestants agree toĀ hold harmless Micronesia Mall, event sponsors, and their officers, managers, and employeesĀ from any liability arising from participation in the contest, including any decision by management to forfeit a prize due to rule violations (if there is reasonable proof of violation).Ā Participants fully and unconditionally agree to theseĀ Official Rules and RegulationsĀ and accept thatĀ all decisions by Micronesia Mall are final and binding.Ā Management reserves the right toĀ change contest rules, times, or datesĀ if necessary.Ā Other terms and conditions may apply.
šĀ PHOTO, VIDEO & MEDIA CONSENT
By entering the contest, participants grant Micronesia Mall permission toĀ use their names, likeness, and imagesĀ (photo, video, or audio) taken during the event for promotional or marketing purposes by Micronesia Mall.
