Thank you for your interest in promoting an event in our Arrowhead Improvements Association (AIA) online newsletter, the “Smoke Signals,” which can be found on our Association’s website www.arrowhead1.org. The AIA strives to communicate with all the property owners within our homeowner association (the HOA); all events and activities that take place within the Arrowhead in Gunnison Country mountain community.

The Smoke Signals online newsletter is published bi-monthly in February, April, June, August, October and December. To promote an event, submissions are due on the 20th day of the month, prior to the next month’s publication.

Event publicity is the responsibility of the event organizers; however, event publicity in the form of flyers and public service announcement on the AIA website, AIA Facebook page and in the Association’s online newsletter, must be reviewed by the Arrowhead Improvements Association, Inc.

Event Organizers, Promoters & Sponsors understand and acknowledge that The Smoke Signals is a community online newsletter for the exclusive use for the property owners within the Arrowhead Improvements Association, Inc. The Arrowhead Improvements Association Board of Directors reserves the right to refuse, in its sole discretion, any advertising copy or news articles submitted. Any copy that is deemed inappropriate or distasteful for this publication will not be run. No political advertising permitted. Questions can be forwarded to aiasmokesignals@gmail.com.

The Smoke Signals may be distributed either in printed or digital electronic format on the web.

The Arrowhead Improvements Association shall not be liable for any expenses incurred by Promoters, Sponsors or others, or any losses or damages suffered, of whatsoever kind, as a consequence of any error or misinformation in any advertisement.

This Agreement contains the entire understanding of the parties. Any modifications must be in writing.

Once your Event Promotion/Ad Request is submitted, you will receive a confirmation of your request order from our Communication Manager within the next 48 hrs.
