Our course, which we call “Digital Literacy for Senior Citizens”
is designed to empower participants with the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively use smartphones for communication,
access online government
and banking services, and ensure internet safety. Through the two courses with 12 comprehensive sessions each, participants will gain confidence in navigating digital platforms, communicating with others online, and securely accessing essential online services in the Maltese eID service content.
To enhance the learning experience and enable participants to practice their digital skills during and beyond the course, each participant will receive a tablet. These tablets will be provided to participants free of charge.
Each session includes practical demonstrations, hands-on exercises, and group discussions to cater to different learning styles and encourage active participation.
