諮詢檢查(Consultation & Examination) - 免費(Free)
30分鐘治療(30-minute Treatment) - NT$1,500
60分鐘治療(60-minute Treatment) - NT$3,000

僅收取"現金"或使用"銀行轉帳"

依照臺灣物理治療師法所規定，民眾前往物理治療所就診時，可攜帶醫師診斷證明書前來第一次的治療。如果您沒有醫師的診斷證明書，只能針對非疾病的症狀治療。若有需要申請私人保險，還請攜帶醫師的診斷證明書

(According to the Taiwan Physical Therapists Act, when visiting a physical therapy clinic for the first time, patients may bring a doctor's diagnosis certificate for treatment.
If you do not have a doctor's diagnosis certificate, treatment will be limited to non-disease-related symptoms.
If you need to apply for private insurance, please make sure to bring a doctor's diagnosis certificate as well.)
