You must agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Riverside Juneteenth Committee, the City of Riverside’s Department of Parks, Recreation, and Community Services, listed sponsors and their affliates, and/or any of the government agencies, co-sponsoring companies, as well as their agents, employees, assigns, chairs and co-chairs of this event, from and against all injuries, whether personal or real, claims, damages, losses, judgments, liabilities, expenses, and other costs including litigation costs and attorney’s fees arising out of, resulting from or in connection with any negligent act or omission by yourself or your employees or agents in providing services and/or goods at the Riverside Juneteenth Celebration. *
By signing below, you also adhere to our Electronic Communication & Signature Policy giving consent to utilizing electronic communications, electronic records, and electronic signatures for documents. You also understand that your electronic signature is legally binding, and by signing the form, you hereby give your affirmative consent to provide electronic signatures as described herein. You further agree that you have provided us with a current e-mail address at which we may send electronic communications to you. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Riverside Juneteenth Celebration Committee accepts e-signatures as legally binding and equivalent to handwritten signatures to signify an Agreement. This policy does not limit The Riverside Juneteenth Celebration Committee’s right or option to conduct a transaction on paper or in a non-electronic form, nor affect The Riverside Juneteenth Celebration Committee’s right or obligation to have documents be provided or made available on paper when required by applicable policies, laws or regulations.
