Anchor and Caduceus Tickets
We are so excited that you are joining us for ACOA's 11th Annual Anchor and Caduceus Dinner on Saturday, February 9th, at Druid Hills Golf Club! This page is designed to collect information about you and your guest(s). Please keep in mind that your RSVP is not complete until your payment for tickets has been received and acknowledged via email by the Dinner's Social Secretary. You will find instructions, below, on how to pay for tickets by check or PayPal.

If you are a current or retired flag officer (e.g., RADM, VADM, ADM), would you like an Aide-de-Camp to assist you at the Dinner? We will try our best to accommodate your request, pending availability.
Payment Options
Please reference the table below to determine the price of your ticket(s).

-- If paying by check, please mail your check to ACOA; PO Box 49311; Atlanta, GA 30359.

-- If paying by PayPal, log in to PayPal in a separate browser window. Select 'Pay or Send Money' and then 'Pay for Goods or Services.' When prompted for an email address, enter atlantacoa@gmail.com. Enter your name in the Notes field and select 'No address needed' for the shipping address.

Physical tickets will not be issued for the Dinner. Once your payment is received, the Dinner's Social Secretary will email you to confirm your reservation at the 2019 Anchor and Caduceus Dinner.
