Do not cancel your studio but in Vis Mayor cases only. If you must cancel submit it as soon as you can - so we can free up the studio and someone else may use it. The later it is the more harm you cause. Please avoid it. If - for any reason - you can not avoid it prepare for the consequences detailed in our cancelation policy.  

1. In case of free of charge, supported studio cancelation:

All cancellations must be submitted through this query.

1.1. Two cancelations reported one week (168 hours) before the planned usage will have no further consequences.
After the third such cancelation the Project will be suspended and neither the Project nor the Host will be supported in the next four weeks.

1.2. One cancelation reported within two days (48 hours) before the planned usage through this query will have no further consequences.
After the second such cancelation the project will be suspended and neither the Project nor the Host will be supported the next six weeks.

1.3. One last minute (within 60 minutes) cancelation will have no further consequences.
After the second such cancelation the project will be suspended and neither the Project nor the Host will be supported the next eight weeks.

1.4. In case of non-reported studio usage or non- or late- (not within 48 hours of planned studio usage) submitted Usage Report the Project and the Host will be suspended and will get no support the next 12 weeks.

2. In case of the paid rentals the contract gives details of special cancelation policy.
Even though we appreciate communicating non used studio time.

If you can improve our cancelation policy send an e-mail to Coordinator. We welcome and consider your suggestion that will enter in vigor after you see suggested changes in the cancellation policy above.

Do not forget: these studios cost 5000 - 9000 HUF (cca. 15-30 €) /per hour - that is paid by renters, students and Hungarian and other EU tax payers. We all must act responsibly spending that money.
