Annual Fund Campaign Volunteers
The Annual Fund Campaign is a yearly fundraising drive that generates revenue for strategic priorities of the school to support core activities, program enrichment and enhancements that will benefit all Shorecrest students. Volunteers are needed to work with the Annual Fund Committee to help promote the campaign and encourage parent support. Volunteers will attend training sessions and an annual campaign kick-off party. Morning Car Greeter on Pratt Blvd
What a great way to start your day! This is an ongoing opportunity to greet and assist our Experiential School students during drop-off between 7:30 – 7:50am. In under 30 minutes you can enjoy precious moments on a regular basis or as you are available. Any day that you can help will be appreciated. Afternoon Car Line Scribe on Pratt Blvd

Book Buddies
We’ll meet for just an hour about once a week to keep the library shelves in order, drink coffee, or even grab some lunch! It’s like book club, without having to pretend you read the book. Helping Hands - Thursday Mornings
Volunteers needed any time during the morning, even if you can only give an hour on occasional Thursdays. Help the teachers with the prep or finish work for classroom projects. Box Tops
Box Tops is a fun and easy fundraiser. Volunteers are needed to help with Box Tops collection, cutting and counting. We also host several contests throughout the year to encourage students to bring in more Box Tops. Service Learning Volunteers (Year-round)
Provide support for student service learning activities as needed, for ES- Grade 12. Support may consist of organizing carpools, providing extra supervision for large group activities, providing refreshments and snacks, taking photos or video, etc. Contact: Diego Duran-Medina at dduranmedina@shorecrest.org
Shorecrest Cares Committee
Assist families of student or parent in need due to illness, death, hardship, etc. This short-term assistance could be in the form of meals, transportation, childcare, etc. Contact Committee Chair: Kristin Leary at floridalearys@tampabay.rr.com
Event Photographers & Videographers
Do you have an eye for capturing the moment? Extra Photographers & Videographers needed for major school events for all grade levels such as Poetry in the Park, Celebrate the Arts, Halloween Costume Parade and more. iPhones make great video cameras, digital cameras can be yours or borrowed, tripods can be borrowed.
Shorecrest will handle the cropping and editing.
