On Thursday, April 11th at 9:00am, please join the Alliance for Peacebuilding (AfP), Refugees International, and Vital Voices for an event marking the one-year anniversary of the conflict in Sudan. The event will feature opening remarks from the U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Linda Thomas-Greenfield and U.S. Special Envoy for Sudan Tom Perriello, followed by a panel of Sudanese women leaders to explore the gendered impacts of the conflict, as well as opportunities for their influence on the peace process and the future of the country.
