Ames Pridefest Vendor Application
Thank you for your interest in being an Ames Pridefest 2019 vendor!

By submitting a Pridefest vendor application, you and your organization's festival contact are acknowledging and agreeing to the following:
• Application deadline for first consideration - FRIDAY, AUGUST 2 AT 5 PM - after that, applications will be considered as they are received. The vendor application process for Pridefest 2019 will close FRIDAY, AUGUST 16 AT 5 PM or when all vendor spaces are assigned, whichever comes first.
• Selection of vendors and vendor placement is at the sole discretion of the Pridefest committee. The committee will prioritize local and non-profit organizations, organizations that most directly align with the mission of Ames Pride, and those organizations that have partnered with the work of Ames Pride throughout the year.
• If multiple spaces are desired, fees for each space will be assessed
• Applicable vendors must provide (within 5 business days after approval by Pridefest) proof of insurance and health certificates in accordance with laws, ordinances, and codes governing public sales
• Payment will be due within 5 business days after vendor approval by Pridefest. Approval can be revoked at any time before payment is received. Payment is not refundable.
• Applicants and day-of-festival contacts must provide timely response to communication from Pridefest vendor coordinators. Most communication will take place via email leading up to the event.
• No electrical access, tables, or chairs will be provided by Ames Pridefest
• No shelters, tents, canopies or similar will be provided by Ames Pridefest - festival will take place rain or shine
Food Vendors ($150)
• Includes any entity selling food and drink products at the event
• Customized space up to 30’ x 30’
• Must display at the event applicable insurance and health certificates
Commercial Vendors ($100)
• Includes for-profit businesses selling AND not selling merchandise at the event
• Includes political candidates, offices and parties
• 10’ x 10’ space
Nonprofit Vendors ($50)
• Includes nonprofits selling AND not selling merchandise at the event
• Includes institutional departments, offices, and employee organizations
• Does not include political candidates, offices or parties
• 10’ x 10’ space
Student Vendors ($50)
• Includes K-12 and university student organizations selling AND not selling merchandise at the event
• 10’ x 10’ space
• $50 fee will be refunded if the student organization staffs their space for the entire event
