This year's Sydenham Artists Trail will be during the two weekends 13-14 and 20-21 September 2025.
All applications must be received before 1 June 2024.
Please note late entries will not be accepted this year.
You will be emailed when your application has been accepted and told how much to pay and how to pay.
We will ask you to email at least one image as soon as your application has been accepted. We will select images for publicity purposes, including possibly the brochure, posters and flyers.
You may apply to take part for both weekends, one weekend only or specific days (e.g. both Sundays; first Saturday only). The entry fee is the same regardless how many days you exhibit.
The 2025 entry fees are as follows:
Note: The entry fee will provide a named entry in the Artists Trail brochure and map plus an artist page on the Artists Trail website (see below).
- £60 entry fee for artists who arrange their own exhibition venue whether it’s in their home, studio or another space. This will also apply to all artists who are invited to share the space. (That's £15 per day)
- £90 entry fee for artists who would like us to arrange a venue for them. This fee includes all hire charges for any venues, display boards, tables or other equipment we need to hire for you. (That's £22.50 per day)
- A collective entry fee of £300 to £500 for large groups of artists (more than 5 artists) or collectives exhibiting at a single venue. This must be agreed with the Artists Trail team.
- A reduced entry fee of £10 for full-time students (reduction to be agreed with the Artists Trail team and dependent on resources we need to provide)
- A reduced entry fee for artists receiving benefits (reduction to be agreed with the Artists Trail team and dependent on resources we need to provide)
- £30 entry fee for artists who only want an artist page on our web-site (without any physical display space or an entry in the brochure and map), i.e. virtual entries.
- Free entry for artists running a workshop, demonstration or exhibition but not selling their work.
