Thank you for offering to volunteer at the Yoga Teacher Conference!

We are searching for volunteers who are reliable and able to provide assistance during classes at YTC.

YTC Dates:  April 22 to April 24, 2022 at the Hyatt Regency Aurora-Denver Conference Center.

In exchange for your help with one shift, you will receive a 3-day conference pass for $119. This is over 60% off a regular ticket price!

As a room monitor, you will primarily be responsible for checking students into classes. You will also need to be available to help the teacher with anything they need, confirm class head counts, and help answer questions from any conference participants. We ask that you are a room monitor for 2 classes. You will choose which classes you'd like to volunteer for and we will do our best to assign you to the classes that you would LOVE to attend (first-come, first-serve).

Other Room Monitor Requirements
👉You will be required to show up 20 minutes before your scheduled shift to ensure you are available to check-in early participants and assist with any pre-class duties.

👉Each volunteer will be sent a brief instructional video prior to the conference and required to attend a short orientation Friday evening (4/22), time TBD.

👉After completing your application, we will reach out within 1 week with your discount code and schedule. We ask that you register for the conference within 1 week of receiving your discount code to lock in your volunteer time.

Please only apply if you are reliable. Conference presenters, attendees and the conference coordinator will be relying on you to show up on the conference day for your assigned class.
