TEST PROCTORED:  Kaufman Assessment Battery for Children - Second Edition Normative Update

*GIFTED PRE-K TESTING IS ADMINISTERED IN A SHELTERED, ONE-ON-ON SETTING WITH A LICENSED PSYCHOLOGIST.  TESTING TAKES APPROXIMATELY 1 HOUR.  A PARENT/ GUARDIAN IS REQUIRED TO REMAIN ON THE PREMISES DURING TESTING.  

**FAMILIES MUST REGISTER THEIR CHILDREN ONLINE, ON OUR DVUSD GIFTED WEBSITE.  IN ORDER TO COMPLETE TESTING, CHILDREN MUST BE A MINIMUM OF 4-YEARS OLD AT THE TIME OF TESTING.  TIME AND LOCATION OF TESTING IS DETERMINED BY DVUSD GIFTED SERVICES.  PARENTS MUST PAY THE $175 NON-REFUNDABLE TESTING FEE PRIOR TO SCHEDULING.

*Please note guidelines for administering gifted testing necessitate that students are ineligible to attempt a retest within the same 12 month period.  Retesting students within the same 12 months will disqualify testing results.  (Example:  A student who tested in the fall on KABC is not eligible to test on the KABC in the spring).

PAYMENT INFORMATION
Payment is required prior to scheduling Gifted Pre-K Testing.  Payment is accepted through DVUSD's Arux System.  Parents may complete payment HERE.  Please complete ALL required fields. 
Payment is required prior to scheduling 1-on-1 testing with our DVUSD psychologist.  Select the statement that is most true.

Payment for testing costs $175 and is non-refundable.  We understand that emergencies can happen.  Please communicate with Gifted Services should an unfortunate situation arise.  We will do our best to accommodate.

SCHEDULING THE TEST SESSION
Scheduling is coordinated by DVUSD Gifted Services and is determined by availability with our district psychologists.  Please complete ALL required fields.  
Families are required to provide a copy of their child's birth certificate prior to testing.  Please scan and email a copy of your child's birth certificate directly to Giftedservices@dvusd.org  .  Select the statement that is most true.
