This is the new chapter application for the year 2018-2019 to become a member. After this application has been completed, you will also need to provide $20 chapter dues and complete your National application online (don't forget to email confirmation of Nat. app. to secretary.tamushpe@gmail.com). Both of these applications only need to be done once a year.
