11.9.2020 Survey for Student Distance Learning (in case of a closure)
Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey. We would like all information no later than this Thursday, November12th at 5:00 p.m. It is important that each parent respond to this survey so we know how to proceed in the coming weeks should a closure of a classroom or building be necessary. We are doing this to be proactive in case of such a closure. This entire survey and the questions in it are important and I hope that you will take the time to fill it all out.

Please complete a separate survey for each of your children who are part of the in-person learning currently. Information provided will be the information used and format of learning for your child the entire time, in the event of a building/school closure. If you do not complete the survey, we will assume your child will be doing online learning and has internet connection/device at home to use during any closure.
