Social service agencies and community partners are invited to join us each year for Operation Back 2 School by hosting a table at the Social Service Fair. This important component of the event provides an opportunity for families to connect with free or low-cost resources to assist them year-round. 2020 Operation Back 2 School Event
Campus West (209 N. Industrial Blvd, Bedford)
Saturday, August 8
~ Vendors should offer free or low-cost services to families in the HEB community.
~ Any material distributed at the event should be submitted to and approved by 6 Stones two weeks in advance.
~ Due to limited space each vendor may only have 2 representatives hosting their table at any given time.
~ Lunch will be provided for 2 representatives per vendor.
~ One 6’ or 8' table and two chairs will be provided; tablecloths are not provided.
~ Total event attendance is expected to be over 3,000; please plan handouts and giveaways accordingly.
~ If providing an activity, please clearly explain below.
Vendors are required to set-up their area on Friday, August 7, between 10:00am and 3:00pm. On event day, please plan to arrive by 8:00am and stay until 4:00pm.
