Shore Smash Soccer Tournament Registration
Welcome to the Shore Smash Tournament registration form.  The tournament will include age level competition at the U9 (Coed), U11(Coed), U15 (Boys/Girls), U18 (Boys/Girls), Post High School U19+.  The purpose of this tournament is to offer a soccer tournament on the Eastern Shore.  The second is to help raise funds for the  Shore Travel Soccer Program.  

Youth who are registering in U11 and above must register as a team.  Registrations for U9 Academy division will be accepted as individuals to be placed on a team the day of the event.  

Teams will need to to indicate a team name, their captain, and teammates.  Youth will determine their strategy and game play. It is important that you know that teams may mix age groups, however a team will play at the level of the oldest member on their team.

Please fill out the information below for your team.  Team captain or parent  should register the full roster at one time.  The link for Credit Card payment will appear after the submission.  You can copy and paste that link to make payment, as well as share with other team members to make payment.  Please make sure that you include on the payment the name of player, team that are playing for and smash tournament.  There is also an option for Cash or Check to be handed in at FIELDS.  That information will be shown to you after your form has been submitted. 

When paying you will have 2 main options.
1- $20 Individual Reg (U9) ,  U11, U13 Team $140 (Max Roster 7), U15 and Above Team $180 (Max Roster 11)
2 - Tournament Smash T-Shirts $12

Bienvenido al formulario de inscripción al Torneo Shore Smash. El torneo incluirá competencias de nivel de edad en U9 (mixto), U11 (mixto), U15 (niños/niñas), U18 (niños/niñas), Post High School U19+. You must make payment with your registration money for you to be added to the pre-order.  You will need to add the pricing up before making payment through our Credit Card option or bring registration and shirt money prior to the March 23th deadline.
