ISGL Sunday Islamic School Registration Form 2018/2019
For returning families
You do not have to re-enter all your information, though it does ensure the most up to date information. If you opt to keep previous information, simply provide your family name and we will retain the rest of your information from last year. Add new information for newly enrolled children. Please also indicate if you will be applying for financial aid, update emergency contact information and confirm your agreement to our guidelines.
Important dates and information
- The kids should be 4 years on or by September 1st.
- School will start Sunday, September 9th, 2018.
- School hours will be from 9:30 am to 1 pm.
- Online registration for returning families begins August 1st, New Families registration begins August 10th.
- Onsite registration will be in the ISGL multi-purpose room on August 26th from 11 am to 1 pm.
- Payments should be made in cash or check on registration day.
- Any payments after school start (September 9th) are subject to $25 late fee.
- No Children may start the school year until all fees and obligations have been met for the semester.

Fee Structure
Note: Required Materials Fees : $30 per child per year, paid in the fall semester, are in addition to the fees below
- Pre-K/K level tuition: $100 per child per semester ($200 per year)
- Elementary and Secondary levels tuition: $125 per child per semester ($250 per year)
- Discount for 2nd child: $12.5 per child per semester ($25 per year)
- Discount for the rest (3rd, 4th, 5th & 6th) of the children: $25 per additional (not including the first two) child per semester ($50 per year)
