Murphy School Cell Phone and Electronic Device Contract and Registration 2017-2018
Students must turn off and put away all cell phones or other electronic devices before entering school grounds. Upon entering the classroom, students must give all cell phones and electronic devices to the teacher, who will secure them for the school day. Students will receive their devices back at the end of the day, but the devices may not be turned on until students are away from school grounds.

Students staying for after-school activities must leave all devices off until they leave the school. Violations of this policy can result in confiscation of cell phones or electronic devices until a later date with a possible loss of privilege of bringing such items to school. A phone is available in the main office for necessary communication.

By signing this contract, parents and guardians agree not to contact students on their cell phone during school hours. Parents should continue to call the school at (773) 534-5223 for any emergency situation. We will contact your student. Please utilize our available resources; we are here to help.
