Registration fees will be refunded in full only upon receipt of written cancellations on or before June 13, 2024. Cancellations after that date are subject to a $125 processing fee.

A late fee charge of 1.5% per month will apply to invoices for payment not received by October 18, 2024.

Each attendee must pay the full registration fee.

Sorry, we do not prorate for attending a portion of the Conference or allow multiple attendees under one registration.
