Your feedback is incredibly valuable to help guide our efforts in making Toolik a world class research station.  The comments, suggestions, or feedback provided here will be read by TFS Management team members (Syndonia Bret-Harte, Brian Barnes, Haley Dunleavy, Marin Kuizenga, Mike Reynolds, and Amanda Young), as well as the Assistant Managers. In order to address certain topics, other TFS staff may be consulted as well. This form goes directly to communications & DEI manager Haley Dunleavy, who will share responses with other TFS management team members.

This form has been designed as a way for everyone at the Toolik Field Station to voice their comments, concerns, compliments, etc. about your time at Toolik. We appreciate you including your name and email address so we can follow-up with you about any suggestions or concerns. Your contact information here will only ever be used to communicate about your specific comment, usually so we can ask for more details to help solve a problem.

You can also use this form to let us know you have a topic you would like to discuss further. Please let us know if that is the case, and we will contact you to start a meaningful discussion on any 'sticky' subjects (i.e. use this form to let us know you'd like a call, you don't have to leave all the details here).

This form is not intended for reporting harassment, discrimination, assault, or other Code of Conduct/TFS Policy violations as we have not designed it to protect sensitive information.
