The St. Landry Parish School Board is sponsoring the Summer Food Service Program for Grab and Go Meal Boxes. These boxes will include 7-day shelf-stable meal boxes for pickup at designated sites. Each box will contain 7 breakfasts & 7 lunches, including milk. All items are shelf-stable & nutritious.
Here's what you need to know:
Who can get a meal box? Any child aged 18 or under. *Note: Students enrolled in summer school will receive a 3-day meal box in June onsite.* During the month of July, they will be eligible to receive a 7-day meal box.

How: Complete this registration form for EACH child receiving a meal box. You only need to fill out one form for the entire summer, but EACH child needs a separate form.
Is there a cost? No. This Summer Food Service Program is free. After you register, you will receive a QR code via email for each child you submitted a form for. ***You will need to bring the QR Code for each child to check in. It can be a printout or electronic on your phone.
Does my child have to be present? No, the child does not have to be present but the QR code is required.
Can someone else pick up my boxes? YES, as long as you have listed them on the form as a designated pick-up person and they have the required QR code for pickup.
