Scale with Purpose is a 6 month group coaching program to help women entrepreneurs grow their business to 6-figures and multi-6-figures!

As a member of the Scale with Purpose Mastermind program, you will be a part of a high-achieving group of women who receive mentorship, support, and strategic guidance in your business from Cassie and Shay. You'll also be surrounded by an incredible group of like-minded and ambitious women entrepreneurs within the group.

During Scale With Purpose, we will focus on scaling your revenue so that you can elevate your impact through your business!

The Scale With Purpose Mastermind is a six-month commitment starting October 28th, 2024. 

The Scale With Purpose Mastermind program includes:
  • Your 6-Figure/Multi-6-Figure Roadmap Kickoff Coaching Call with Cassie and Shay

  • A “Deep Dive Business Assessment” to uncover areas of opportunity & growth in your business
  • 12 Group Coaching Calls with Cassie and Shay (sessions occur every other week)

  • A 1:1 Coaching Call with Cassie or Shay (scheduled at the 3 month mid-way point)
  • Your Personalized “6-Month Business Strategy Action Plan” with your 30, 60 and 90 day goals

  • Bonus Coaching Calls with 2 Guest Expert Coaches for specific areas of your business (i.e. Content Marketing, PR, Financial Planning, Sales Funnels etc.)
  • A 5-Day Retreat to deep dive in your business, connect in-person with Cassie & Shay and your fellow mastermind women (*flight and accommodations not included, all meals & activities are included/covered with your program cost)

  • Private Slack Group to get weekly support in your business throughout the program

  • Private members portal to gain access to all call recordings, bonus materials, coaching call links, etc.
