Holiday Hunger Dodgeball Drive – Player/Team Registration

Please complete this form only if you’re registering a player or team for the 9th Annual Holiday Hunger Dodgeball Drive.This year’s event will feature a 6v6 tournament format. Players can register individually (to be drafted onto a team) or as part of a team. All proceeds from registration fees ($30 per player) will be donated to the Upper Room Hospitality Ministry Inc.

Raffle Prizes:
Win great prizes donated by local businesses, artists, and Dodgeball Greats.

Team Guidelines:
Team rosters capped at 10
At least 1 player of each gender on court while playing
Can register as a team, as an individual, as a duo or as a trio
