Gentle Exercise Classes for Older Adults
Are you interested in a free exercise class just for you and other folks your age? If so, sign up below!

  • Location will be within the Distillery / Canary District neighbourhood
Classes involve a gentle, full-body routine combining aerobic movement, stretching, strength training, balance with both seated and standing segments — and plenty of good-humoured fun. Participants use small weights and therapy bands.

Preferred class times
There are two sets of classes starting the week of July 21:  Monday/Wednesday mornings (NOTE THESE ARE NOW FULL), or Tuesday/Thursday mornings. Let us know which would work for you. (Check as many as apply.)

This cycle of classes runs until October 1. Let us know any dates you will not be able to attend class so that we can offer your spot to another participant for that day.
