Nomination Form: McDonald Institute Award for Student Achievement (Outreach & Education)
This recognition honours a student who has made a major contribution to the public’s understanding and appreciation of particle astrophysics and adjacent disciplines. Examples might include organizing duties in a summer camp program, interpretation of research for public audiences, public speaking accomplishments, or advocacy for Canadian astroparticle physics research.
Please answer all questions below to nominate a student for a McDonald Institute Award (Outreach & Education). The selection committee will will review all nominations with all names redacted. Prior notification of an award decision will be communicated to the designated awardees, but the name of the nominator(s) will not be disclosed. If the designated awardee accepts an award, they may grant permission for their nominators to contact them and the committee will then provide prior notification to the nominator.
