Concert Band School Owned Instrument Use Form

Concert band school owned instruments will be available for use at the beginning of the school year. These instruments included:

Bass Clarinet
Bassoon
Tenor Saxophone
Baritone Saxophone
French Horn
Euphonium
Tuba

These instruments will be ready at the beginning of the school year and rented out for the entire year. Please note that these instruments are in limited quantity. We will work to make sure every student has as a horn.

We understand that it is the student's responsibility to keep the instrument in good working condition and treat it like it is their own. Normal wear and tear is to be expected and those costs will be covered by the school. Damage outside the normal wear and tear of the instrument will be the responsibility of the student and their family. Instruments that are damaged will be sent to Paige's Music for repair and billed to the family. *
