 Purpose: To encourage more programs, retreat participants, and summer camp opportunities for those in need. Financial need should never be the reason that prevents an individual or group from participating in programs or retreats.
  
Program Scholarships for Participants: To apply for an individual program scholarship, each participant or their parent/guardian must indicate their needs and apply below.
1. Complete the Scholarship Application and submit it with this form. 
2. Register online as a participant. Be prepared to have shot records and other health related information for each applicant when registering.
