What is the PlayKit?

The PlayKit is a sports science designed exercise module for persons with special needs to conduct fun & safe exercise sessions at the convenience of their home.
We present an online special needs exercise plan which is structured to specifically target development in key physical skills:

● Running/ Walking
● Jumping
● Strength Upper Body
● Strength Lower Body
● Strength Core
● Cardio
● Balance
● Hand Eye Coordination
● Foot Eye Coordination

For each Module we have created corresponding instructional videos to help guide you through each activity. You also have the option to buy a Decathlon Equipment Set to help you through the exercises.

Consistency is will be an important factor in achieving results!

On March 17 we are honored to invite you and your child, in testing the PLAY KIT (introductory module) for FREE!

Our speakers will be professional Coaches, Sport Scientists and of course Leaders from Decathlon and Exceptional Sports.

We will be demonstrating our exercise modules on how to use it with your children.

Our E-Sports coaches have prepared a few fun activities throughout the entirety of the event.

Exceptional Sports will be available to lend support from our coaches throughout the testing period. Afterwards, we distribute a survey that through your help and insight of the product would allow us to improve and develop the PLAY KTI further.
