Who is this Course meant for?
For exceptional professionals and aspiring leaders in civic organizations, public service, as well as emerging young public and non-profit leaders who wish to connect with the people or organization to improve life through service.
Class Size: 30-35 participants per class
Course Objectives:1. Provide learner with strong foundation for professional leadership development and civic engagement and advancements.2. Expand learner’s networks through connections to the people, places, and projects that impact the society.3. Increase learner’s knowledge, skills, or capacity to lead high impact, sustainable and high-performance organizations. By the end of the course the learner would have achieved: • Self-discovery and self-mastery • Develop good visioning and goal setting skills• Develop personal leadership skills in adaptive leadership, team building, volunteer management, effective communications, conflict resolution, negotiation, systems thinking, design thinking, fundraising, grant writing, social entrepreneurship, networking and managing some aspects of complex project implementation.
