2018 LCFB Summer Meals Site Application
All sites must:
Be a safe, secure location for meal service in an income eligible community (we will research this for you).
Be approved for meal service and sign a partner agreement with LCFB.
Attend a mandatory annual training.
Be approved by the Department of Education via information provided in this application.
