Participating businesses will be required to hold appropriate insurances:

(a) The Venue effects public liability insurance on its own behalf. A copy of the insurance policy can be inspected on request.

(b) The Participant will maintain employers and public liability insurance policies to cover relevant liabilities, which it may incur as an participator as part of the Provenance Festival, and other such insurance to cover its liabilities under these Terms and Conditions. The Provenance Festival organisers may request proof of insurance cover.

(c) By signing up for the Provenance Festival, our business agrees to:

Comply with all relevant business operation regulations, adhere to health and safety standards, follow all necessary environmental health regulations pertaining to your business or experience as part of the festival.

We understand that failure to comply with these regulations may result in exclusion from the festival.
